Baby Calf

on monday we had our first baby calf.  she is cute and fuzzy and her name is bb.  we r just excited to have one on the ground.

Vegetables

Well on Friday, my friend Jenn and I went grocery shopping.  Okay so  we couldn't get one more thing in my Mountaineer!  Like our last stop was the Dutchman store and she had to put things on her lap!!  We idid hasve a successful day, however we got some FUN stuff.  I bought beets, kale, sprouts, spinach, carrots , celery, broccoli, brussel sprouts, peppers, whole grain rice, hummus dip, lentils, grapes, kiwi, tomatoes, bananas, oranges and numerous other things!!!  Today I washed, prepared, and fixed out food for the week, or I think! It is somewhat fun to try new things and my husband is trying them too!!!  He turns 30 next week and he is going to be one healthy 30 year, or at least we are trying!!!!

Any recipes or other suggestions???  I would love to hear them!

 Well that means Tayden was 3!  He has always been relaxed!!!!

Fun family picture day and man oh man how they still just wear whatever !  Boots, hat, and grubby farm clothes!!  A little picture of the past and we are lucky to have 2 boys!  Healthy compared to the real picture of some sick boys!!!

I buckled!

I have a confession to make, I buckled!  I got out the nebulizer with albuterol, and the prednisone.  We gave minimal doses last night before bed and again this morning!  I know that isn't healthy, they are petrochemicals.  Nasty cancer causing stinky stuff, BUT  ... I didn't know what else to do!  We have tried several things and  I can handle a runny nose and sneezing, but I can't do the wheezy struggling to breath, belly breathing and rattling cough when breathing!  So I am sorry that I broke the all natural routine we have been on and we will try to go at it again!!!! For now we will try to be patient and control this little boy with a steriod and albuterol!!! 

Monday morning we are on routine again!!!

Little things

 We have lots of baby lambs in the barn!  I think we are past 90 little ones!!  They are cute.

 They are fun to play with, they are eager to eat.

 I do have 11 bottle babies right now! They are getting the hang of it and feeding them is becoming less time consuming!

 We have 7 fat puppies that are 3 1/2 weeks old.  They are playful, the boys are finally beginning to play with them.

Not sure, but I think 1 of them will stay on the farm, not sure which one!!  Casey is a great mommy and she is feeding them well!!!!

We have been busy, the lambs are consuming most of our free time, the animals are fun to have.  They can be a lot of work, and I haven't gotten much sleep lately, but no dad I am not b*%#!ing or complaining, I am just stating a fact!
