Summertime

Well our summertime has been filled with
* swimming
* gardening
* golfing
* swimming
* Bible School
* Baseball
* 4 wheelers
* laundry
* dishes
* cooking
* cleaning (limited)
We look forward to more
Swimming, gardening, golfing, muttin busting, the fair, and some deep cleaning (maybe????) 
How is your summer going and I am so thankful I don't have to go to a job everyday in the summer.  Then I would be worn out!!

Swimming Lessons

The boys have been going to swim lessons this week and last.  I took some pictures today.  They aren't afraid of water!  Tayden can basically swim, Tucker does good ( a little wild), Clara (niece) is a little afraid, and Culee (niece) does okay, but not real brave. She did however go off the board today by herself with a life jacket!!!  I have two extra bodies to take to swim lessons!!! We get along just great and Friday is our last day!! We are going to the beach afterwards!!

 Tucker is eager to go always!  He is trying to underwater kick, but he likes to splash!

Tayden is perfecting the dive, by keeping his chin down!!  He is doing a great job!

Summer

We are in full summer swing. Swimming in the pond, jumping off the bridge, swimming lessons, breaking(working) the bottle calf, gardening, cleaning(just minor), grilling, and golfing!!  We do enjoy summer!  We are going to swimming lessons this week and next and we are also taking 2 cousins!!  I finally got finished with all of Summer School, I worked 7 whole days.  We went to Branson and we are back, and we are now preparing for our next large outing!!  The D.C. Fair!! whoop whoop, it is so much fun and we love to camp- get ready Wild Thing your up next!

Happy Anniversary

 June 5, 2004 - We got married outside at the McGowen Farm!  The place we stood is still there the rest of the area (where the wonderful family set)  is now J 40!!!!

We are in Branson, MO with a couple of friends to golf and enjoy the time!!  We did have fun and we made it back!  I did have to put my feet in the water and feel how cold it was!!!  Plus I did fish out a beer can for the security gaurd!!!  He didn't think I could- plus he thought the rocks would hurt my feet!!!  I did succeed!

We also played Minature golf the first night we were there!  The kids thought the pirate stuff was great fun when we got home!!!

Rain day = Clean House

Thank goodness for the rain!  The crops need it, the yard needs it, the hay needs it, I need it!!  It is so very hard for me to stay inside and clean, put clothes away, wash bedding, sort clothes, work on little boys rooms, when it is 80 degrees and sunny!!!  We just sorted clothes from the basement and are getting ready to sort and organize 2 boys bedrooms.  Then clean the house!!!!  My bedroom and closet must wait for another rainy  day!!! Here I go folks....  please check on me in a few hours, the clothes and toys may bury me alive!

Last day of Preschool and 1st Grade

Tayden finished 1st Grade and he gets to go to 2nd Grade!!!!!

Tucker is ready for Kindergarten!!!!

River Bandits

 Tayden is playing ball on the River Bandits team.  It is fun to watch, he does a pretty good job, and he is having fun!   We will continue to work on basic skills this summer.  He scored twice the other night and they have won a couple of games. 

Oh my he has some work to do, but we think he has his dad's speed.  My athletic ability of course!! ha ha
