Morning!

I think this may make some of you feel better about your daily morning routine.

6:00 am- alarm - Lori pushes snooze
6:15- alarm- I get up and head towards the shower
6:25ish- get dressed and tell Tayden Bish to get up and brush his teeth!
6:30 - remind Tayden that he has school and to get up
6:35- try to get Tucker up and help Tayden get dressed or instruct him to keep moving
6:40- pack my lunch, finish hair and make-up
6:45- make sure kids are dressed or getting there and finish up what has to be done
6:50- get shoes on and head kids toward the door
6:55- head to the car, finish getting kids to car-(GET THEM SOME BREAKFAST FOR DENNY'S)
7:00- leave our driveway- sometime kids smiling, sometimes kids crying, sometimes kids are mad

-BUT not this morning. When I woke Tayden up and said if you can get up I will eat cereal with you
Tayden said "We even have time to eat cereal!!!"
I said-"Yes if you can get up and get your teeth brushed and get your clothes on"
Tayden-"Mom we even have time to eat cereal!"
I said- "Yes"
- therefore we sat down for 5 minutes and had a bowl of cereal!

He was very excited to start his 2nd day of Kindergarten and I have pictures to upload later!!
by the way Tucker didn't get up on time sooo... he got powdered donuts to eat a Denny's.

One of these days I hope to be able to fix a little healthier breakfast!!- but for now cereal and donuts work!

Room 260

Mrs. Bish Kindergarten
This is a view of my classroom, check the tables, bulletin boards and the ceiling from this angle!!
Yes, the bulletin boards might be the most boring, but oh well they are up and done.
Below is my lovely carpet rug with letters, I love it also and it is a great teaching source.

Well this summer the janitors worked really hard on my ceiling tiles. They painted them in patterns going across my ceiling the colors of the rainbow.

The lights are the only ones that don't follow the pattern and there was no way to get around it.

Honestly I love my tiles. They are primary colors. They are bright. They simply rock!!

As you can see they are AWESOME and it makes my room really bright!

TOMATOES

Well I have been working tomatoes since 7:15 this morning and it is now noon!!! Thanks to Grandma Chuck they are all cut and blended ready to be salsa or pizza sauce!! At this point I have 7 quarts of tomato juice, 5 pints of pizza sauce, and 7 pints of salsa, I am on hold until I get more mix for pizza sauce. I do enjoy the fresh things in the winter time and I also enjoy having it on hand. Thanks Dad for bringing me 3 boxes of tomatoes from the Amish!!!!(my garden did not produce many mators)

I also forgot to add Friday night golf in my things we have done this summer and no we don't just play we are in charge of Friday night Scramble (aka Couples league). It is fun and it has been a little work being in charge!!!
I also forgot mowing the yard twice a week(thanks to the rain!)

Happy Friday and by the way- I have this weekend to get laundry done again, house cleaned, and rest of tomatoes done, yard mowed and golf tournament before I HAVE TO WORK ON MONDAY!!!!

Yes it is time...

As several other bloggers have posted lately it is time... I do agree, it is time for school to start, to get back in the routine, normal bedtimes, healthier suppers, less pop and other beverages, more normal days for me and the kiddos.
We have truly enjoyed our summer at the Bish house and everything we have done has been lots of fun, however it is time to pack school bags, label all 19 names in my classroom, enjoy my co-workers and learn to meet 19 new smiling faces.
Tayden is ready to start school, learn new friends, have Mrs. Helton as a teacher and learn how to read!!
Tucker is ready to go to Denny's have a routine and watch Tayder Bug get on the bus everyday!!!
Also Brandon is ready for us not to be home!-yeah right, we have gotten pretty used to sleeping in and daddy coming home for lunch!

Yes the Bish's are ready for Summer to wrap up and the fall to get here!!
