What we have been up to..

We have spent sometime at the ball field.  Tayden Bish is playing ball and he is on the River Bandits with other 7 and 8 year old boys.  They think it is fun and he is enjoying it.
Tucker Ross seems to think it is fun to spend the night with grandparents.  Thursday night at Grandma Suzies, and Friday night with Grandma Lisa!!!  Yes the grandpas were there too!!!
Brandon has felt crappy the last 2 weeks and we are ready for him to get over it!!!!  - He went on a golf trip for 5 days survived and is back! but... still sick!
Lori is counting down the days until... SUMMER vacation!!  Yes we are out of school on May 16th!! That is 12 day I believe!!!!  I am working a week of summer school, and will still be down before memorial day!!!

The camper needs cleaned and ready to camp!  Next weekend May 5th is our first outing to camp at the fairgrounds after the Coyote Hunters banquet that Brandon and a buddy do each year!!!!
I am excited to camp!!!

Will try to keep you updated!

Dr. W

Well as most of you know, and if you don't then you haven't been a blog reader for years!  (that is ok too)  Tucker Ross isn't the healthiest boy of all, yes he is energetic, silly, 5, a boy, and for the most part pretty healthy, but he has allergies and allergy induced asthma!!!!  We gave up with medicine of the M.D.  We are visting the chiropractor since October and it is helping, we are not taking allergy medicine and also we are eating better, healthier, like only whole foods, no sugar ( or less sugar)!!!
Friday we visited a new Dr.  Her name is Inge Wetzel, N.D (N.D meaning  Naturopathic Doctor).  She put Tucker and I hand on a blue signal reader thing that read what was happening in our body!!
I am going to totally be honest.  It was pretty crazy and how in the world can you tell by the transmitters in our hands.  Her computer program then gave her a read out of the Nature Sunshine products we could take to help our bodies be healthier!  Tucker is full of yeast, he has a hyperactive thyroid, and is deficient of basic nutrients. He has several things to take via mouth and also 3 essential oils that will help him.
I am full of heavy metals - no wonder I can't loose weight -lol!!  I also have a low thyroid and have several things to take to help cleanse my system and she also believes in eating for your blood type!  I am going to have to call the doctors office to find that out!!!

I left feeling very overwhelmed, confused, curious, and thinking why not, LET'S DO IT!!  I spent the amount of money I thought was okay and that is the biggest thing holding us back.  I know it is expensive and the only reason it is more expensive than prescription drugs is because the health insurance doesn't pay for it!!!!  I would much rather put natural things in Tuckers body than medicine!!!!

Dr. Wetzel asked me to give her 3 months.  To try her suggestions for 3 months and see if it made a difference a change, because it takes our bodies 3 months to build a new blood supply!

So he we go folks for 3 months we are following the naturopathic doctors orders!!!

Any concerns, questions or comments ?  I would love to hear them!

Tayden Bish is a pretty big 7 year old. He has shot a few deer, decent bucks (yes 2), he is playing minor league baseball this summer, he just received his 2nd bottle calf project, when we went fishing he said, "here mom let me take the hook out."  He is a pro at finding all the eggs since our chickens are on free roam of this farm.  He wants to do every waking thing with his dad!
Him and I can tiff with the best of them.  I think we are similar or something, but man oh man can I loose my patience with him and FAST!!!!
He is the first one up at our house every morning and usually the last one to be ready to go, he likes to wear tight wrangler light jeans and under armor (we buy starter) shirts.  He has to have slim or he doesn't want to wear the jeans, sweatpants aren't even in his vocabulary!  He loves fuzzy blankets and being warm!
I am blogging about him because here is my pledge to keep my cool and remember he is only 7! Boys will be boys and he does love his mom!
*p.s he always has to be tucked in at night and told , "sleep tight, don't let the bed bugs bite, I love you too!"

Thursday

So as you co-workers know, I have had a student teacher since March 5th!  It is nice to have an extra set of hands all the time.  It is nice to go to the bathroom or get a drink or just go out of the room because I want to and not have to wait for someone to be around!  Well tomorrow I am going to a conference for the last time with a co -worker who... RESIGNED!!!!  Yes she did and I will no longer get to see Mrs. Beeler everyday!
I am coping with it and it will be okay, ... i just might drive her crazy with phone calls, emails and texts!!!
anyway back to the student teacher it is great to leave and not worry about lesson plans, to have freedom and when she leaves I will be back up to bat, and I am okay with that, I am ready to teach again.  I think.
I am hoping and wishing Ms. Bremer gets a job and if luck has it I am hoping she gets hired at the greatest place ever to teach SCR-1 ELEMENTARY- I am not biased or anything!
Well that is enough rambling for now and I have spent the whole post on things at work!!  - oh well that is what is on my mind!  Out to mow I go!

Happy 5th Birthday Tucker

Tucker had a BB gun birthday cake for his 5th birthday!!!
It was a beautiful warm Sunday afternoon with many guests and we celebrated outside with hamburgers and hotdogs and chips!
Yes, Tucker got a 410 for his birthday! Their dad thinks he needs to buy them their first gun early!  They don't get to "use" it because it stays in the locked gun safe!  But they both got one at a young age!
The night before Tuckers birthday we visited the goat milking farm for his birthday!  It was fun to watch and neat to see!  Tucker loves goats and oh my, there were a lot!
Yes we cut the cake and celebrated!!!  Tayden had to help!!!  Happy Birthday and sorry for the slow pictures!!!
